In 1997, Tecnitoys/SCX® was established with the main objective of strengthening the well know brand SCX® in Spain, offering its highly innovative technology and its dedication and focus to consumers desires.

The combination of a powerful brand like SCX and the constant investment in R&D has made it possible to reach 75% of the market share in the slot racing system category in Spain.

One of the major assets of the company is the creation of an internal R&D department of 10 professional experts coming from different backgrounds ( engineers, designers, marketing consultants) backed up by major universities specialized in the NPD field.

Thanks to the experience and know how of its R&D department, Tecnitoys/SCX products are considered the most developed and technologically advanced of its category.

The main headquarters is based in Barcelona, including the Sales & Marketing team; production plants are located in China and the company also has an office in Hong Kong.
